Who Works For Texas Reporter Media?

Months ago when This Reporter started researching the con artist David Wayne Flash, we noticed a page on texreporter.com that listed employees. One of those employees listed was Bobby Adkins of elegantlivingmag.com. Bobby was listed as Director Of Ad Sales. There was an email address and phone number listed on David’s site for Bobby, but we were concerned that Bobby doesn’t even know Flash is using his name. So instead of emailing Bobby at his texreporter.com email address, we emailed Pierce Adkins, who has his contact info listed at https://www.elegantlivingmag.com/ and appears to be Bobby’s son. Here is the email:

Hello Pierce,

I am emailing you because I am researching a story I’m working on about David Wayne Flash. Flash has been creating controversy in West Texas for a number of years and no one can tell what is going on with him or what his game is. On Flash’s Tex Reporter website, he lists Bobby Adkins as the Director of Ad Sales with an email address and phone number. https://texreporter.com/texas-reporter-media-team/

Is there any way you can connect us with Bobby, or ask him if he is still involved with Tex Reporter and David Flash and let us know?

We did not get a response from Pierce, but we saw some hits on our site right after we emailed him. And what do you know, we just refreshed the page on texreporter.com with the contact info for his ’employees’ and… well…. IT’S GONE!! What kind of self proclaimed “media mogul” puts fake employees up on his team page online? The Flash kind, that’s who.

What do you want to bet the people at https://www.elegantlivingmag.com/ hate David Flash and contacted him right away to demand he take their info off of his site? We will email Pierce again after publishing this article to see if he is interested in commenting further.

For those curious, and before Flash gets time to fix the whole site, one can go here: https://texreporter.com/texas-reporter-media/ and one will see the links left to right across the page and one of them is TEAM. Click that link and you get a 404. Sloppy web dev, David!!
