David Flash has continued to make false statements about his strange behavior in the courtroom on Jun 27th, 2025. This Reporter believes it’s important that everyone be able to see the whole truth for themselves. This is also a reminder that when you make statements to public officials like law enforcement, the may be recorded and possibly become part of the public record. That’s what happened when the provocateur and fake journalist David Flash was detained that day. Our editorial team doesn’t like the idea that something like this has to be released to the public. But in light of how David Flash has smeared Jeff Davis County for so long and so dishonestly, it must be done. This video is in the public interest, to say the least.
Our video editing team added comments and blurred Flash’s passport in the last video. The rest are unmodified. The videos will be released in sets. This first set is Sheriff Lopez’s body cam video from the take down until the end of what was released to the public from the Sheriff’s camera. It’s a lot to view but again, it seems important to see what Flash says. He openly admits he takes pictures that he think will make him the most money. Even stating he plans to go to the County Clerks office to request transcripts of county meetings so he can feed it to his AI and it can write all the stories for him. If he isn’t doing any real reporting, why does he need to be in the meetings at all? Flash is a constant stream of contradictions.
