There’s a Cloud Over Fort Davis Today

There is a cloud over Fort Davis. It’s been lingering there all morning and now the thunder has started. Locals believe the cloud formed as David Flash got to town. His car is parked on State Street. Additional law enforcement officers have been spotted in town. His arraignment is scheduled for just over an hour from now. This reporter hopes things work out for Flash and the county, and the cloud over Fort Davis drops a lot of rain.

Too many stickers on a car can indicate things about its owner. What is that light on top?

  1. In Texas, Texas Transportation Code 547.613 prohibits driving a vehicle with any object or material attached to the windshield, side, or rear windows that obstructs or reduces the driver’s clear view. This includes rear window stickers that interfere with the driver’s ability to see clearly.

It’s disheartening to consider that he is costing this county more money by requiring an arraignment just for him today, while on Thursday, many others are scheduled for hearings. This unfortunate man continues to believe that the world is out to get him, when in reality, he seems to be targeting anyone who looks at him the wrong way.

    1. It’s much worse than that. Since Flash has been making all kinds of insane accusations about anyone he can find in JDC government, our county attorney, district judge, and who knows who else had to recuse themselves from all of this. So the county is paying 2 attorneys from the OAG, plus their private security. And the judge came out from San Antonio on the county’s dime as well. Yesterday, Flash was granted a change of venue, to Fort Stockton, so JDC is going to be paying even more for that as well. Still waiting on confirmation that Flash is paying for his own lawyer or not. Oh, and being arraigned yesterday instead of tomorrow was because the case was with the judge from San Antonio. Working on an update in another article later today. Update: it is a public defender. Further update: apparently not a public defender anymore.

  2. David Flash embodies cowardice and is a glaring example of a lack of integrity. His reporting is comparable to, or even worse than, that of a high school newspaper, hardly credible, and his only source of information is usually himself in the third person. Astonishingly, he tries to project an image of local support across a three-county area while being openly despised by its residents. His audacity culminates in attacking hardworking and honest individuals like Mary Ann Luedecke, demonstrating a lack of compassion and a disturbing inclination to belittle those with zero evidence, as usual.

It’s remarkable how David regularly posts baseless accusations while consistently avoiding confrontation, unless it’s his thousand public information request, with those he maligns. His failure to face this kind woman in court reveals the truth about him: he is a coward, a liar, and a master manipulator.

Now, his attention is likely shifting to officials in Fort Stockton. I have a strong hope that this escalates into a jury trial, as he appears too foolish to consider a plea deal, believing himself innocent of all charges. The evidence of David’s harassment is undeniable, and it is time for him to be held accountable.

    1. Well said! I’m willing to bet that David has already been offered a deal and refused it. This is surely all part of his ‘media strategy.’ The longer he can drag it out, the more he can post about it on FB, and the more potential for people to not see what is going on before they donate to his gofundme. He surely thinks that since he is a ‘journalist’ he is going to get off on 1st amendment grounds.
