This video has been making the rounds in Fort Davis for some time. It’s been tough seeing David Flash get mentioned in local news and other publications as only a persecuted journalist. People here have know the truth about Flash a long time. It’s a shame no legacy media outlets have even begun to scratch the surface of this story. Hopefully that will change soon. One can imagine there could be victims of Flash out there that are afraid to come forward because he is lauded in the press and has a vindictive nature, to put it mildly. If there is anyone out there that has been contemplating coming forward with information about David, please contact your local law enforcement.
This video is being posted only to expose David Flash as a fraud, a provocateur, and a total jerk. Our sincere apologies to Mary Ann, her family, friends, and anyone in the community or anywhere else that is upset after hearing this video. Great reporting at The Big Bend Sentinel reminds us what Judge Evans said back in June. “The way he talked to Judge Luedecke on the phone — no one deserves that,” he said. “[Flash] needs to be punished because you don’t talk to people like that.”
Let us hope that as people see what Flash has really been up to, they understand that what he has been saying about Jeff Davis County is complete malarkey.
Mary Ann Luedecke’s office released this statement to the press:
“It is critical that no one, public official, elected or otherwise be subjected to this type of behavior and continuing harassment without consequence.”
“In response to the appellate court’s interpretation and subsequent ruling, we will of course follow the law.”

This person is so disrespectful and a liar! He has made a mockery out of himself trying to bad mouth our JP Judge Luedecke, Co. Judge Evans, and our sheriff dept targeting Adrian our Chief Deputy. This needs to stop ASAP. Flash is trying to get an easy paycheck by suing the Ft. Davis taxpayers. We are sick and tired of this disrespectful person. Do you think that when David interviews himself for “Big Bend Lies,” he moves around to different seats to pretend to be the “staff,” or does he just speak in the third person? It’s hilarious how he keeps directing people to this website and cries wolf whenever someone files a public information request against him. He reminds me of Bobby Tillotson in Marfa, who complains about everything and embodies the ultimate gentrifier, believing the world is out to get him. These individuals seem unable to grasp the differences between local government municipalities and think they are above certain laws.
