On November 2nd, 2023, David Wayne Flash called the Justice of the Peace in Jeff Davis County to complain about a laundry list of stupid things. He gets really out of hand and JP Mary Ann Luedeke keeps her cool the entire time. Flash loves to present himself as a journalist who acts like a professional. These videos don’t indicate that. All the videos are mildly interesting, but skip to 05 to hear the worst of it. This insane phone conversation starts about 10:05AM and Flash doesn’t stop ranting and whining until 10:44AM. Then at 11:00AM he calls the County Attorney’s office to whine to them for another 10 minutes. Well, it seems like he was talking long before the body cams started.
