In April of 2024 David Wayne Flash had been harassing people in Jeff Davis County for many months. He was mainly focused on Justice Of The Peace Mary Ann Luedecke. On this day Flash banged on the office door and yelled, demanding to be let in. The person on the other side of the door said they were in fear for their life because of the aggressive nature of the incident by Flash. That’s why Terroristic Threat Charges were considered in his case. Those charges were not pursued since Flash wasn’t litterally threatening anyone’s life that day, just yelling and banging on the door so much that people felt threatened. As Deputy Jerry Walking is running up the stairs, Flash has quieted down since he can surely hear the Deputy coming. In a very comical scene, Flash demands that he is doing nothing wrong. Then Chief gives him the option of arrest or leaving the courthouse. Flash decides to run out of the courthouse like a coward. If he was really doing journalism he could have stayed there and been arrested, but Flash knew that wouldn’t go well for him since he only came to the courthouse to harass people. This is not the only time Flash has run out of the courthouse to escape arrest.
