More body cam video from the day Flash interrupted Commissioners Court in Jeff Davis County. As the video description at YouTube says, this is the second time David Flash approached Sheriff Lopez as the meeting was happening to demand Sheriff pose for a picture. After Flash is detained following this video he admits that he doesn’t take pictures for any reason other than what he thinks will make him money on FB. He is posing as a journalist so he can create controversy to post about on FB to make money. Just listen to what he says to the Sheriff.
